  • Clover Cliff Home and Katherine Prather of Greenwood County purchased the Clover Cliff Ranch from heirs of Jacob Blackshere in 1912. Brand registration unknown. A view of our famous Chase County Courthouse and history, from this corner room with two queen beds, make this room to remember. - $175
  • Crocker Ranch H. Mason Crocker was a direct descendant of Erastus B. Crocker, 1840 - 1876, who arrived in Chase County on March 20, 1866. Ranch dates 1866-1979. Peaceful tones compliment a 12' ceiling with fan, two queen beds, and a private paver-bricked patio. Meets all ADA requirements.- $175
  • Mercer Ranch David Mercer, born April 1833, died 1913, came to America in 1858, settled south of Cottonwood Falls, and named and founded Matfield Green. This large, comfortable room has two queen beds and overlooks our beautiful courtyard and the City of Cottonwood Falls. - $175
  • Miser Ranch Jesse Miser, was born November 4, 1916, in Bazaar, and died March 17, 2000. Mr Miser was a well-known rancher from Chase County and contributed greatly to the brands accumulated in the Grand Central Hotel. This is a superior corner room rich in colors highlighting sophisticated furnishings. Complete with fireplace and a king-sized bed. - $190
  • Rogler Ranch Wayne Rogler, 1905-1993. State Representative from Chase County. Two queen beds, elegant furnishings, all the charm and warmth of home make this room especially inviting. - $175
  • Sauble Ranch David Sauble, 1837-1894. Brand registered May 12, 1881. Second oldest brand in Chase County. Mr. Sauble followed the Santa Fe Trail to the Flint Hills in 1857. Original brick and offset windows compliment this room overlooking the main street of Cottonwood Falls. Two queen beds, soft tones, and a delightful view. Very Peaceful! - $175
  • Titus-Stout Ranch Albert E. Titus and Elmore G. Stout formed a partnership and registered the TS brand March 22, 1939. Elmore Stout and Doris Titus, Albert's daughter, married on September 13, 1938. This pleasant room has two queen beds and those rich Victorian colors that compliment a Flint Hills sunset. - $175
  • Turkey Track A rich yet subtle Victorian color scheme with two queen beds, a 12' ceiling with fan, and private paver-bricked patio. - $175
  • Wood Ranch Colonel Samuel N. Wood, 1827-1891. Brand registered July 4, 1864. Oldest brand in Chase County. Features two queen beds, an oversized shower, and a charming window seat for your enjoyment. - $175
  • Z Bar Ranch The Z Bar Cattle Company bought a ranch in Barber County with a herd of cattle already branded with the Z-brand. This cattle company then came to Chase County in the 1920's where the brand was finally registered in 1935. This king-size bedded room has a sitting area complimented by the original brick walls and a view of our quaint courtyard. $190
